Let’s Be Real
It is not unusual to feel nervous if you have never been nude around others. There is no need to apologize, we all had to take our first steps. We understand how you feel and will do our best to help you feel welcome and comfortable with the group.
We have three types of events; no-play, yes-play and optional-play. With all our events you can simply enjoy being free from uncomfortable clothing or swimsuits and socializing in the company of like-minded men; being present and experiencing the warmth of the sun, a cool breeze, or gentle rain on your skin.
Most importantly, have fun.
We are clothing-optional, and you will never be pressured to be nude. Many men, however, find that after a few minutes they are comfortable enough to join others in community circles, getting some sun or in the pool or hot tub. The first moments may feel awkward, but that usually passes quickly once you are engaged in our community activities.
Participate and get involved, even if no one specifically invites you. Listen to conversations and join in when you can. New visitors are common at our events, so you likely will not be the only newcomer. You are most likely to feel left out only if you stay apart from the group.

You may be interested in trying nudism if you are reading this. These steps can help you overcome common concerns that often keep people from making this lifestyle change.
- Talk About It
- Have an honest conversation with your spouse, partner, housemates, or relatives about your interest in trying nudism and why it appeals to you. Their reaction may be more accepting than you expect.
- Sleep Nude
- Try sleeping without nightclothes. This simple first step can show you how comfortable being nude can be, and you may find you no longer want to wear pajamas.
- Ease Into the Day
- Get up 30 minutes early and wait to get dressed. Enjoy coffee or tea, read the news, or simply ease into the morning naturally. If you have a private porch, landing, or patio, it can be a pleasant place to begin the day while still nude.
- Work Naked
- Try doing chores, housework, or simple repairs nude. Many tasks can be done comfortably but use common sense. For example, avoid welding, cooking bacon, or doing anything else that could be unsafe without protective clothing.
- Go Outside
- Expand your comfort zone outdoors. If you have enough privacy, you can mow the lawn, garden, or handle other outdoor maintenance nude. If neighbors can see into your space, learn their schedules and choose times when they are away.
- Nude Recreation
- Visit a nude beach, hiking trail, or clothing-optional area of a local park. You will see that nudism welcomes people of many sizes, shapes, and ages.
- Nude Resorts
- Plan an overnight stay at a nudist resort that offers recreation, meals, lodging, and social activities where you can meet others who share your interests.
- Social Nudist Club
- Attend two or three events at a local social nudist club. That is usually enough to decide whether the club is a good fit for you. Clubs hold events year-round, from dinners to hikes, so you can likely find activities that match your interests.
These steps offer a practical path toward becoming a social nudist. There is no set timeline, and you can move at your own pace. Like many of us, though, you may find that once you become comfortable, you are eager to enjoy the benefits of social nudism.
